Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Enterprise Sales Professional with a strong background in IT, SaaS, PaaS, ERP, CRM, and BPO services. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) and client-facing role, focused on driving enterprise sales and building long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, especially in enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise sales across IT services, SaaS, PaaS, ERP, CRM, and BPO offerings
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients
• Manage complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders
• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and support) for seamless execution
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting
• Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience in Enterprise/IT Sales
• Strong background in Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, ERP, CRM, and BPO services
• Proven track record in enterprise deal closures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience handling client-facing roles (not inside sales)
• Ability to work independently in an IC role
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in selling multi-service IT solutions
• Exposure to enterprise-level clients and large deal sizes
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
