Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Information Technology Project Manager at StudyMEDIC. The IT Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that support StudyMEDIC's digital learning platforms and infrastructure.
Responsibilities include defining project scopes and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, and monitoring risks and dependencies. The role involves collaborating with product, content, and operations teams to translate educational and business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

The IT Project Manager will track progress against milestones, maintain clear project documentation, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

Qualifications
  • Strong Project Planning and Program Management skills to define scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Solid Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with web and mobile platforms, cloud-based systems, and basic understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document requirements, and present clear status updates.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, resolve issues, and support data-driven decisions throughout project lifecycles.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) and methodologies such as Agile or hybrid frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience managing IT or EdTech projects; exposure to healthcare or medical education environments is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities while working independently in a remote setting.
