Roles and Responsibilities

• Research and develop creative ideas for launch campaigns, IPs, influencer content, ad films, and social media.
• Stay on top of pop culture, evolving trends, brand campaigns, marketing innovations, and fashion content in India and globally.
• Translate trends into actionable content strategies for brands.

• Pitch creative ideas and manage client relationships effectively.
• Lead projects from ideation to execution while ensuring alignment with client expectations.

• Manage the entire post-production team and oversee all content going live.
• Lead production and execution of projects across scales, from social media content to large-scale campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines and budgets.
• Maintain relationships with production vendors, external creative teams, and the freelance creative community.

• Develop digital and content strategies for campaigns and brand communication.
• Plan end-to-end production and execution for 360-degree marketing campaigns.

• Organize, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Manage budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation.
