What would you do? We are seeking a detail-oriented GIS & Data Analyst to support our electrical engineering and geospatial data operations. The role involves interpreting AutoCAD electrical drawings, performing data mapping into GIS platforms, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accurate integration of schematic and spatial data.
What are we looking for? Bachelor s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, GIS, Geoinformatics, or a related technical field.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured data workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data handling practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, especially when working across technical teams.
- Exposure to utility networks, field asset mapping, or infrastructure data projects.
- Basic understanding of data validation, data modeling
- Familiarity with engineering documentation standards and version control tools.
- Experience working in projects involving CAD to GIS integration is a plus.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency between CAD and GIS datasets.
- Support the alignment of spatial data with operational and engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CAD designers, engineers, and GIS specialists to support ongoing project work.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control for spatial and engineering data updates.
