About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Director – Business Development & Sales to lead revenue growth, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships. The role demands a commercially strong leader with proven expertise in client acquisition, market expansion, and closing high-value deals.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise sales cycles, building long-term stakeholder relationships, and driving scalable business growth.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with organizational growth goals
Identify, engage, and close enterprise clients and strategic partnerships
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and contract closure
Build strong relationships with CXOs, founders, investors, and key decision-makers
Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets
Expand market presence through networking, partnerships, and industry engagement
Lead and mentor high-performing sales and business development teams
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations to support business objectives
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications-
10+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Revenue Leadership
Proven success in enterprise sales and high-value deal closures
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
Commercially driven with excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred Background-
Experience working with startups or high-growth organizations
Strong industry network and client relationships
Demonstrated success in revenue generation and business expansion
