• Lead and deliver multiple SAP AMS projects ensuring quality and timelines.
• Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning, and team performance across portfolios.
• Drive capability building, mentoring, and CoE knowledge development for S/4HANA.
• Coordinate global delivery activities and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Implement automation and optimization initiatives to ensure consistent and costeffective delivery.

• 1214 years of SAP delivery experience with strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA, preferably MM or SD.
• Proven ability to manage multiple SAP AMS projects concurrently.
• Strong resource utilization, team management, hiring & attrition handling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management with global and regional teams.
• Experience in delivery optimization, automation, and process standardization; PMP/Prince2 and business domain knowledge are added advantages.
