Your Role- Lead SAP/ERP program delivery including planning, deployment, budget, P&L, and risk management.
- Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and drive timely mitigation and resolution.
- Guide and mentor delivery teams, ensuring strong collaboration, direction, and adherence to quality.
- Drive operational improvements via process rigor, automation, tools, and transformation initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to define SOWs, manage financial reporting, and champion business cases.
- Overall 12-14 Years required
- Technofunctional expertise in SAP, ERP, Oracle, or custom applications.
- Agile & Scrum delivery leadership, including managing multiple Scrum teams (Scrum Master cert required).
- Strong problemsolving & independent decisionmaking with proven leadership in Application Management.
- Ability to articulate technology viewpoints, transfer knowledge, and stay updated on trends.
- Excellent planning & communication skills, including time management and quality governance.
