• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate client requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans to improve business performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Support senior management in business planning and forecasting activities.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in improving operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Maintain documentation of business processes, project plans, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients after project implementation.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client onboarding.
