Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business goals.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and track milestones
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management
• Ensure quality standards and compliance are maintained
• Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (4-5 years depending on level)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to use and implement AI tools

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certification
• Experience in IT Software and Services
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking
