Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Noida. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential leads, conducting outbound calls, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into clients.

Key responsibilities include lead generation, achieving sales targets, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and assisting with customer support-related tasks. This role also involves building effective communication channels with clients to establish trust and long-term business relationships.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 13 years in inside sales or business development, preferably in IT, SaaS, or consulting.

Skills & Tools:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo
  • Basic knowledge of compliance, SaaS, or audit industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance services is a plus.
  • Freashers are also welcome.
Key Perfomance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Meetings scheduled per week/month
  • Lead qualification and conversion rates
  • Number of outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages)
  • CRM data accuracy and lead follow-up rate
  • Contribution to sales pipeline and revenue goals.
