About Us:

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to manage order processing, logistics, and inventory while optimizing operational workflows and customer experience across digital channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Processing orders and coordinating with warehouse for order fulfilment.
• Managing logistics and coordinating with courier partners.
• Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability.
• Generating MIS reports related to logistics, inventory, orders and other operations.
• Processing B2B orders and coordinating with logistics.
• Interacting with customers and addressing their queries and concerns related to logistics.
• Keep inventories up to date by recording daily shipments and deliveries
• Reconciliation of invoices relating to operations and logistics.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an E-commerce environment with product listing and inventory management is essential.
• Ability to analyse data and generate MIS reports.
• MS Excel – VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc. (formulas and commands)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
• Prior experience in teamwork and leadership.
• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms is a must with at least 2-3 year of experience.
• The individual should be self-motivated and maintain a high level of task fulfilment.
