Senior Manager - Product Management

Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Product Management, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration.
• Create compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates products in the market.
• Collaborate with the product management team to understand product features and benefits, and translate them into customer-centric marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Develop and manage go-to-market plans, including product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
• Providing Presales support & provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals and solutions that address customer needs and requirements
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with proven success in Product Marketing and Presales functions to join our team in India.
• A strong background in data and analytics platforms, preferably in the US Healthcare space.
• This role is crucial in driving the success of our products in the market and supporting the sales team with technical expertise and strategic insights.
• End-to-end Solutioning for features as part of product backlog
• Understanding of US Healthcare
• Experience in Healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software/consulting
• Excellent data visualization skills
• Professional experience in Tableau, Power BI, or any other data visualization tool
• Experience presenting, prototyping analysis and reports
• Ability to do secondary research, communicate with end user clients to understand and create requirements
• Ability to translate and share requirements/prototypes to Engineering teams with clarity
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities
• Assess and address technical risks
• Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems
• Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community
• Coordinate beta tests

• Problem-solving aptitude
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Proven experience as a Analytics PM or similar role
• Hands-on experience in data modeling tools such as Erwin is preferred
