Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end execution of commercial interior (C&I) projects. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage timelines, costs, and stakeholders across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project budgets
• Drive site execution strategies and resolve on-ground challenges proactively

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless delivery
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates

• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution roadmaps
• Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions where required
• Ensure alignment between drawings, BOQs, and site execution

• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and value engineering initiatives
• Manage vendor finalization, negotiations, and performance tracking
• Ensure efficient material planning and utilization at site

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and company SOPs
• Conduct regular audits and inspections at project sites

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
• 10+ years of experience only in commercial interior fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of site execution, MEP coordination, and finishing works
• Proven experience in handling large-scale turnkey projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
