Job Description

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-performance e-commerce web pages and banners in accordance with platform guidelines (Flipkart & Amazon), managing end-to-end asset delivery to maximize CTR.
• Create product-centric creative posters across diverse visual styles, aligned with brand positioning and marketing strategy.
• Support cross-channel design requirements, including social media creatives, offline store displays, and event activations.

Key Qualities:

• High execution efficiency with the ability to quickly adapt, extend, or originate designs under tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, strong learning agility, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Design with strong visual and artistic fundamentals.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in e-commerce, advertising, or tech/mobile product design.

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Preferred: Experience with AI tools and motion/video editing software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
