Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and banking transactions via semi-voice process
- Perform financial data verification and documentation
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Deliver high-quality service within defined SLAs
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of finance and banking fundamentals
- Excellentcommunication skills- both verbal and written
- Ability to work in afast-paced, process-driven environment
- Willingness to work inAustralian shift timings
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Education:
- MBA or M. Com (Finance specialization preferred)
- Freshers are welcome
