Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Excellent communication skills to document issues and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
