Key Responsibilities- The role is for an Interior Projects Manager for our organisation.
- Understand USER requirements and support drafting URS/Space requirements. (For Offices, Training centres, conference rooms, any other requirement the come)
- Vendor evaluation & finalization for designing & execution.
- BOQ finalisation and cost optimisation.
- Travel to multiple sites to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Coordinate with external vendors for project activities.
- Act as in-house PMC for interior and civil projects.
- Plan, evaluate, and finalize vendors (technical & commercial).
- Maintain quality and ensure on-schedule completion.
- Create MIS/Reports and updates for management.
- Costing and Site knowledge for interior projects are of prime importance.
- Good communication skills, strong co0ordinator, Problem solving and decision taking capability. Should be able to work independently.
- AUTOCAD, Excel, MS Office. Any other 3d software would be a good thing to have
- 40% across sites
Job Requirements
Educational QualificationB. Arc. ; Architect / Interior Decorator
Experience
Tenure : 10 years +; EPC firm, PMC firm, Real estate developer
