Job Description

Clearing & Settlement

Executing day to day Bulk cash point operations as per bank internal guidelines
Monitoring the CRL of the Hub branch and spoke branches
Coordination with spoke branches

.Handling cash remittance i.e. cash payment to branches/Currency chest and cash receipt from branches or CRAs

.Ensuring proper sorting of notes as per RBI guidelines and monitoring the Sorters activities at the Bulk cash point.
.Handling and managing discrepancies found during sorting.
.Liaising with vendors for upkeep of Note Sorting Machines, Counting Machine etc.

Updating entries in CCMS for inward, outward & sorting etc
Ensuring vigilance keeping security aspects in mind
Ensuring timely indent and processing of vendor Bills in P2P
Ensuring Checking and proper maintenance of Safety & Security gadgets
Updating & Maintaining various registers at the Bulk cash point
Timely verifying finacle & CCMS transactions
Monitoring of CIT vehicles as per guidelines

.Reconciliation of Bulk cash point cash balance at the EOD.
.Submission of MIS as per CO Requirements.

Bulk cash point operation is critical. Bulk cash point is cash operation job providing services to branches as well as ATMs.

What is the size of the operation the position manages and supports

Total size of the operation is 2-3 people in the Bulk cash point.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising with Branches/Currency chest/ vendors

.Ensuring with internal guidelines.
.Handling cash remittance i.e. cash payment to branches/Currency chest and cash receipt from branches or CRAs

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Graduate
Additional Certificate course related to Banking sector

Knowledge of Internal Accounts in finacle, MS excel & MS power points
Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: .Experience in branch banking operations preferably as Branch Teller or cash management as a Teller.
