As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. You will engage in dynamic problem-solving activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications.

Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions that support business continuity and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system stability and performance.
Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on complex issues.
Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Compute Services.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization concepts related to Google Cloud.
Experience with incident management and root cause analysis in cloud environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed systems and multi-component applications.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning within cloud platforms.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Google Cloud Compute Services.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
