• Lead the Business Excellence function, integrating Business Intelligence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Digital/Data Systems, and Operational Excellence.
• Drive enterprise‑wide performance improvement through data, analytics, and structured process optimization.
• Oversee sales effectiveness systems to ensure data integrity, insightful reporting, forecasting, and actionable analytics.
• Define and execute digital, data, and information systems strategy including ERP, applications, infrastructure, and data governance.
• Partner with internal leaders and external technology vendors to deliver scalable, pragmatic solutions.
• Identify and manage strategic initiatives and alliances that deliver short‑ and long‑term enterprise value.
• Prepare the organization for AI‑enabled processes and systems, both culturally and structurally.
• Strengthen operational excellence by aligning cross‑functional processes and service delivery.
• Foster strong collaboration across departments to ensure business excellence initiatives align with overall strategy.
• Lead and develop senior teams across BI, data/digital, and operational excellence verticals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Excellence Director should have:

• 12-15+ years of experience in business excellence, transformation, or enterprise process leadership.
• Proven experience leading leaders and multidisciplinary expert teams.
• Strong background in business intelligence, analytics, and performance management systems.
• Experience driving digital, data, ERP, or information systems initiatives at scale.
• Solid understanding of operational excellence and process improvement frameworks.
