Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a design consultancy working on large-scale, complex Architectural and Interior projects. We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead design delivery, coordination, and team mentoring.

Role Snapshot
The Project Architect will take end-to-end ownership of projects from design development through site execution, acting as a key bridge between the central design studio, consultants, site teams, and clients. Based out of the Bengaluru office, the role combines strong design leadership with on-ground execution oversight to ensure design intent, quality, timelines, and client expectations are met consistently.
This role requires a hands-on architect who is equally comfortable driving design excellence and managing execution realities.
What We're Looking For- An architect with strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, from concept and documentation to site execution
- Ability to take complete ownership of design quality, coordination, and construction documentation
- Strong understanding of design development, GFC preparation, and execution-stage coordination
- Experience coordinating with multiple consultants, site teams, and clients
- Capability to monitor execution for design fidelity and quality of workmanship
- Working knowledge of statutory submission processes and authority coordination (project-dependent)
- Strong organisational and communication skills to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders
- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth
