Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Design Architect, located at the firm's Mumbai office. The Senior Design Architect will lead architectural design projects, including conceptualization, space planning, and design development. The role involves overseeing the preparation of construction drawings, collaborating with clients, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring project milestones are achieved.The Senior Design Architect will also manage design teams to maintain quality and ensure projects align with client objectives and schedules.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Architectural Design and Design Management
- Strong skills in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
- Expertise in Architecture and related disciplines
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in software/tools commonly used in architecture and design
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in a senior architectural role is highly advantageous
