We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 15+ years of expertise in SAP development, technical architecture, and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications across multiple SAP modules while ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to SAP best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP solutions in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.Lead technical design discussions and provide architecture recommendations.Develop and enhance:Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV)Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Proxy, Web Services)ConversionsEnhancements (User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework)Forms (SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms)WorkflowsDevelop and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and SAP Fiori integrations.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.Work closely with functional consultants across MM, SD, FICO, PP, QM, and HCM modules.Lead technical troubleshooting and performance tuning activities.Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transformation projects.Mentor junior and mid-level ABAP developers.Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and deployment plans.Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Mandatory Skills15+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.Strong expertise in:ABAP OO (Object-Oriented ABAP)Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and WorkflowsIDoc, RFC, BAPI, ALESAP Web Services and Integration TechnologiesExperience with SAP S/4HANA development.Strong knowledge of:CDS ViewsAMDPOData ServicesSAP GatewaySAP Fiori IntegrationExperience in performance tuning using SQL Trace, Runtime Analysis, and Code Inspector.Knowledge of SAP transport management and release processes.Experience leading technical teams and offshore/onsite coordination.Preferred SkillsSAP Fiori/UI5 development exposure.SAP BTP integration experience.SAP CPI integration knowledge.Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects.Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
