We're building something different in Chennai's luxury real estate space — and we're looking for sharp, curious minds to be part of it.
Role: Summer Intern – Real Estate Market StudyLocation: Chennai (On-ground role)
Stipend: ₹15,000/month
Duration: 2–3 months
What You'll Be Doing
This is not a typical desk internship.
You'll be working closely with the founding team on real, high-value market intelligence:
- Conduct on-ground property research across key micro-markets in Chennai
- Interact with developers, brokers, and local stakeholders
- Collect and analyze data on pricing, demand trends, and project positioning
- Assist in building structured market reports and insights
- Support in evaluating luxury and mid-segment residential projects
- Who This Is For
We're looking for interns who are:
- Currently pursuing BBA / BCom / Management / Hotel Management
- Curious about real estate, business, and investments
- Comfortable with field work + conversations with industry professionals
- Detail-oriented and able to structure information clearly
- Based in Chennai and available for full-time, in-person work
