- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions by bridging gaps between business needs and technology capabilities.
- Assist in validating and testing solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies used for requirements gathering and documentation.
- The candidate should have minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
