About The Role

We're partnering with a fast-growing D2C fashion/e-commerce brand looking for a Performance Marketing Leader / Growth Marketing Head who can own revenue growth, scale paid media campaigns, and drive measurable business impact.

• Own and scale Performance Marketing strategy across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, PMax)
• Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI optimization
• Manage and optimize high daily ad budgets (₹1L–₹2L+) across channels
• Monitor and improve key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate
• Execute A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and funnel optimization strategies
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio for data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with creative, product, and leadership teams to scale campaigns

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing / Paid Media
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads (PPC, SEM, Paid Social)
• Proven experience in D2C / E-commerce (Apparel / Fashion preferred)
• Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns, improving ROAS, and reducing CAC
• Experience handling high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI impact
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in campaign optimization & attribution
