Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational success of assigned accounts, meeting all deliverables on time and within budget.
- Own and manage client strategy, identifying and executing key campaign efficiencies.
- Serve as the primary SME (Subject Matter Expert) for day-to-day client communication and campaign guidance.
- Plan accounts and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with Account Directors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
