Job Summary:
Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the Senior Manager in driving business growth for Electro-Mechanical oriented EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Extensive visits to the customers, consultants and end users
- Prepare sales reports, proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely bid submissions.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage social media and digital presence
- Searching Govt. tenders in GeM portal
- Support event planning and execution
- Relationship Management:
- Support client relationship building and communication
- Coordinate with clients, partners and internal teams
- Administrative Support:
- Manage sales and marketing databases and records
- Assist in compiling bid documents & risk identifications
- Prepare reports and data analysis on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing (EPC or related industry preferred)
- MBA/Marketing degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of EPC projects and sales processes
