Roles & responsibilities
  • Alignment of channel partners, generate site visits
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the retail real estate industry.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.
  • Identify and cultivate prospective clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Understand the needs and preferences of clients through thorough consultations. Provide guidance on market conditions, pricing, and property options.
  • Lead generation
  • Assist clients in making offers and guide them through the negotiation process.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Problem solving & critical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Analytical
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • MS Office familiarity
