Personal Banker Classic,Personal Relationship Manager,Branch Sales Manager
Acquire and manage new customer relationships by promoting banking products (savings, loans, credit cards).
Achieve and exceed sales targets for various banking products across personal and business categories.
Cross-sell and up-sell relevant products to existing customers, enhancing customer experience and product utilization.
Conduct market research to generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Educate customers on HDFC Banks offerings, tailoring financial solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with Branch Sales Manager (BSM) and team to drive sales performance and share insights.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines in all sales activities.
Provide ongoing customer support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
