One of our banking clients is looking for a Senior Officer, Relationship Manager – Prime Loan Against Property, Consumer Banking Group to join their team in Mumbai.

Business Function

The role is part of the Consumer Banking function, supporting customers through a range of financial products and services, including lending solutions.

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the consumer lending portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand the consumer lending customer base.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of consumer lending solutions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the consumer lending portfolio, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new consumer lending products and services.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
