Job Description
- Manage communication programmes from planning to execution ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth programme delivery
- Prepare dashboards, status reports, MORs, and QBR presentations for leadership and clients
- Develop and review communication materials including newsletters, internal communications, and presentations
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication formats including templates, style guides, and messaging
- Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to align communication strategies
- Support internal events such as town halls and communication campaigns
- Develop SOPs, workflows, templates, and communication guidelines for process improvement
- Manage content approval workflows ensuring timely reviews and version control
- Maintain documentation for all communication materials and approvals
