Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities- Independently handle wireless network operations and act as an SME when required
- Provide technical support for wireless communication systems and network-related issues
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and application-level network problems
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents impacting wireless network performance
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless network operations
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic and monitoring tools
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability
- Stay updated with emerging wireless technologies, protocols, and industry trends
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for network operations and support processes
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and operational procedures
