Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Mumbai - Andheri East.

Operations Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers.
• Handle basic client communication regarding billing and service coordination.
• Track orders, deliveries, and inventory where applicable.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal departments.
• Assist management in improving operational processes and efficiency

Accounts Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Quotation, Sale Orders, Invoices, bills, and purchase orders.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of accounts payable and receivable records in the accounting system
• Record financial transactions in accounting software (e.g. Zoho Books).
• Assist in tracking and monitoring utility-related expenses.
• Ensure timely follow-up for client receivables and process vendor payments accordingly.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (Tally/ERP, Zoho).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
