Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
- Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any passenger complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and timely operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Requirements:
- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift heavy baggage and stand for long periods of time
