About the Role

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on business strategy, operational excellence, process optimization, performance management, market analysis, and organizational decision-making.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated outputs related to business operations, strategic planning, market research, growth initiatives, KPI development, process improvement, and cross-functional execution. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for business intelligence, operational decision-making, strategic analysis, and enterprise problem-solving.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, business analytics, corporate planning, program management, or operational excellence.

• Create deliverables addressing common business strategy and operations scenarios
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated business analyses, strategic recommendations, operational plans, and performance reports
• Assess AI outputs for analytical accuracy, business relevance, logical reasoning, practicality, and decision-making quality
• Review AI-generated content involving market analysis, competitive intelligence, growth strategy, operational improvement, and organizational effectiveness
• Evaluate outputs related to KPI design, business performance tracking, process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and execution planning
• Identify analytical errors, flawed assumptions, operational risks, strategic gaps, and implementation challenges in AI-generated outputs
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in strategy and operations workflows
• Support projects involving business transformation, operational excellence, growth initiatives, and organizational planning
• Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on strategic thinking, operational decision-making, and business problem-solving

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Management Consulting, Business Analytics, Corporate Strategy, Program Management, or Business Operations
• Strong understanding of business operations, performance management, and strategic planning principles
• Experience conducting market research, business analysis, process improvement, or operational optimization initiatives
• Familiarity with KPI development, performance reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making frameworks
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation, and business writing skills
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for business accuracy and operational relevance
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, startup operations, or strategic planning functions
• Familiarity with frameworks such as SWOT Analysis, Porter's Five Forces, Business Model Canvas, OKRs, Balanced Scorecards, or Lean methodologies
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, financial modeling, or operational reporting
• Knowledge of SaaS, technology, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or e-commerce industries
• Experience supporting growth initiatives, process transformation projects, or operational excellence programs
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or decision-support systems
• MBA or advanced business qualification is advantageous
• Experience working in high-growth startups, consulting firms, or global organizations is preferred
