Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer support processes.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
