Position: Area Sales Manager – Home LoansLocation: Chennai, Bengaluru
Experience: 5–10 Years (Minimum 3–5 years in Home Loan/LAP Sales)
Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan disbursement targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and Channel Managers.
- Develop and manage relationships with builders, developers, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), connectors, and real estate brokers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration in the assigned geography.
- Drive customer acquisition through direct sales, referrals, and channel partnerships.
- Ensure high-quality sourcing and adherence to credit and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor loan applications from login to disbursement and coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to formulate sales strategies.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Maintain portfolio health by minimizing delinquency and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide business updates to management.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Mortgage industry.
- Proven experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, or Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Strong network with builders, DSAs, and real estate channels.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of home loan products, credit processes, and regulatory requirements.
