Job Description- Lead and mentor a team of 30+ professionals while owning end-to-end delivery of integration projects from planning through go-live
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and executive stakeholders, translating technical progress into clear business outcomes
- Oversee integration architecture and solution design while identifying and mitigating delivery risks, dependencies, and scope creep
- Manage escalations and drive seamless execution across development, testing, and transition to steady-state operations, ensuring all documentation and SLAs are in place
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Service Delivery Manager should have:
- 10-15 years of experience in delivery, program management, or consulting roles
- Strong experience in system integrations (SaaS, HRIS, IAM, APIs)
- Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams (20-30+)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level interaction
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and data flows (how systems connect and exchange data)
- Ability to manage complex programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments
