Senior Manager - Paid Social

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with the Head of Paid Social to develop and drive overall channel strategy.
• Define strategic direction and goals for Paid Social campaigns across clients.

Campaign Excellence & Innovation:

• Ensure best practices and continuous innovation in all Paid Social activities.
• Optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed client objectives.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution.

Team Management & Development:

• Manage and mentor direct reports, ensuring team growth and capability building.
• Drive accountability for team performance and development.

Financial Management & Forecasting:

• Conduct monthly and annual forecasting for budgets and campaign investments.
• Ensure profitability and growth of client accounts.

Business Development:

• Support new business initiatives and contribute to expanding client portfolios.
