Senior Project Manager (Transformation & Strategic Program)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager who can manage strategic transformation programs and work closely with senior leadership and C-level executives. The candidate should have strong project management capabilities, very excellent communication skills & the ability to operate with tight deadlines.

Note: Candidates must have PMP certification along with Six Sigma certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transformation and strategic initiatives across various teams and geos.
• Work directly with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive program execution.
• Manage complex projects with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Use advanced Excel skills to analyze data, track progress, and create executive reports.
• Drive initiatives related to AI and Agentic AI transformation within operations and business processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
• Handle multiple priorities and deliver outcomes under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
• Provide structured updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of professional experience in program management, transformation, or consulting roles.
2. PMP certification is mandatory.
3. Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a reputed institution.
4. Extremely Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
5. Very strong communication & presentation skills.
6. Solid working knowledge of AI and Agentic AI transformation.
7. Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive outcomes.
