Job Description

As we scale up to meet growing client demand, we're expanding our recruitment team to support a range of fast-moving, high-volume programs.

Role Summary

This team will support the US geography.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a large volume of active requisitions
• Leverage multiple sourcing platforms and ATS/CRM tools to identify top candidates
• Screen, qualify, and submit candidates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Collaborate closely with account managers and delivery leads to understand client needs
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and documentation for compliance and reporting
• Build long-term talent relationships through strong communication and follow-up practices
• Adapt quickly to changing client priorities and shifting demand patterns

• 2–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume US staffing
• Proven track record of working with Implementation partners through managed service programs (MSPs)
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
• Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Experience working with time-sensitive requirements and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
• US staffing experience required
• Recruiters will have experience hiring for contract IT roles.
