With over 1,200 successfully executed projects and the production of 100–150+ pieces of equipment annually, Abacus has developed extensive expertise in manufacturing shell and tube heat exchangers, air-cooled finned tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, industrial chillers, air dryers, reactors, columns, condensers, air receivers, and other process equipment.The company also manufactures critical engineered components such as shells, channels, tube sheets, baffles, flanges, and nozzles.
All equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with recognized engineering standards including ASME, TEMA, API, ASHRAE, BS, and relevant IS codes, with provisions for third-party inspection by agencies such as Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, DNV, and SGS.Abacus serves industries including oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and power, where reliable heat transfer equipment is critical to plant operations.
Role Description
Technical Sales & Marketing Engineer
Location: Delhi NCREmployment Type: Full-Time
Primary Objective
To build a strong outbound sales pipeline and actively expand the company's market presence across Delhi NCR, followed by Pan - India.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development- Identify and generate new leads across EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and end users
- Approach new clients in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharma, HVAC, and related sectors
- Register the company with EPC contractors, Government PSUs, and approved vendor lists
- Re-activate dormant clients from past 20 years of operations
- Follow up on inquiries and coordinate internally for technical quotations
- Understand client requirements and assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders
- Maintain structured sales pipeline and reporting
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industrial exhibitions
- Assist in digital marketing initiatives, catalogues, and brand positioning
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum Class XII (with Science or Commerce Stream).
Experience:
0–2 years preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and ambition are welcome.
Skills Required- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to read basic GA drawings
- AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed) along with Performance-based Sales Incentives
