Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Relationship Manager-Sales. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, identifying new business opportunities, closing sales deals, and promoting the company's portfolio of properties.Additional tasks include collaborating with team members, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market to provide expert advice.
Qualifications- Client Relationship Management and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Closing Techniques
- Market Research and an understanding of residential and commercial property markets
- Strategic thinking with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
