- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of order-to-cash business processes and integration points within SAP modules.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in SAP Sales and Distribution environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP configuration and customization related to sales and distribution functions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and business users.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
