Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Co-Founder - Marketing and Sales. The professional in this role will drive the overall marketing and sales strategy, oversee the execution of campaigns, and ensure alignment with the vision and goals of the organization.Responsibilities include developing innovative marketing strategies, cultivating partnerships, conducting market research, leading sales activities, and building plans to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Qualifications- Proficient in Marketing and Sales techniques, with experience in driving campaign strategies and growth
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret market trends and measure performance
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with teams, and engage stakeholders
- Proven leadership and entrepreneurial mindset to help shape and grow a fast-evolving business
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is an advantage
