Program/Project Management Lead

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role also involves coordinating efforts across different teams and managing resources effectively to drive project success while adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic planning and execution to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
• Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to drug safety.
• Experience in managing end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes including signal detection and risk management.
• Ability to analyze safety data and generate comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate safety surveillance activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement in drug safety monitoring.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
