Additionally, you will own and manage all creator facing educational materials. Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a strong track record of delivery. We are reshaping customer buying behavior on Amazon through these creator powered ‘Amazon Shopping Videos’, which includes both Livestreams as well as short-form videos.
We are looking for an analytical and results-oriented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead this Video/Social Commerce marketing charter for India. You will build and launch new product marketing initiatives, drive Go-To-Market strategies and help drive awareness and traffic for the program.You will be working closely with Business, Product, Business Intelligence and Tech teams to drive exponential growth for the program in the next 3 years. You will have exceptional product marketing, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently to deliver results.
A successful candidate for this role will be an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen who can think big and has the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines.
Key job responsibilities- Grow adoption of ‘Amazon Shopping Videos’ by driving awareness, demand, and acquisition through marketing campaigns across multiple (onsite and offsite) digital channels.
- Develop and deliver GTM strategies and frameworks, which are scalable and repeatable across various product feature launches.
- Conduct customer research to develop insights and enhanced brand positioning to stay competitive in this growing space.
- Oversee strategy, execution, and performance of cross channel marketing plans to build awareness, adoption and engagement of key features.
- Partner with product teams to develop product roadmaps for features meant to drive Monthly Active Users (MAUs), engagement and retention for the program.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics and set up test plans to improve the campaign performance.
- Drive regular reviews of roadmap progress and results with leadership.
A day in the life
The role will require influencing multi-functional stakeholders and working with local and international teams. You will be working to grow adoption of this product across different customer segments, and work with a cross-functional organization that includes product, engineering, UX design, and program management.Additionally, you will own and manage all creator facing educational materials. - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
