Associate Landscape and Architecture

Job Description

Job Summary:

This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with senior architects and other team members to develop design concepts and construction documents.
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations of our company.
• Manage and organize project documentation and schedules using Microsoft Office.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to support project development.
• Communicate effectively with site engineers, senior architects, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to the preparation of project presentations and proposals.
• Assist in coordinating project activities and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. - A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an architectural role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid vehicular license.

Experience in Residential Architecture and Landscape is preferable.
