Sequoia Print is a printing and packaging R&D studio building systems at the intersection of manufacturing, design, and software.
We're looking for an AI / ML Engineer (Intern) to work on applying machine learning to real-world factory problems.
What you'll work on:
- Analyzing production and machine data
- Detecting inefficiencies and downtime patterns
- Building data-driven dashboards
- Exploring computer vision for quality checks
- Applying AI to planning, estimation, and workflows
Required Skills:
- Python (NumPy, Pandas, basic ML libraries)
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Ability to work with real-world, unstructured data
- Basic knowledge of APIs and backend systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset
Bonus:
- Computer vision / OpenCV
- TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Experience with APIs or backend systems
Why this role:
You won't work on generic ML problems.
